Vitaly Rusakov is a young Russian artist who made himself known thanks to his many frescoes in Yekaterinburg, his hometown. Influenced by underground culture, he grew a critical opinion regarding Russian society and in 2013, he produced a series of works for the Opera Gallery in collaboration with Jardin Rouge. Drifting between a childish imagery and Russian iconography, Vitaly is now involved on a new project that combines these two influences.
As an artist in perpetual search, he initiated at Jardin Rouge a series of paintings picturing the depraved life of Serge Gainsbourg.
